Hi, Im thinking of moving to stillorgan village area and i was wondering whats the traffic like there in the morning?
Id be looking to live on kilmacud road area someplace and work in bray so need access to the n11 going south in the morning and north in the evening.
My commute at the moment is crazy so id appreciate some advice so i dont get caught out again.

Forget the N11. Travel up the road to the M50. Sandyford interchange, either via Sandyford Road, or kilmacud road. Avoid all that traffic light grief...

    Google Map of the area.

i know the area well in terms of roads an all but i dont know the traffic scenario. I would have thought there would be worse traffic getting onto the M50 than the N11 coming from stillorgan. Traffic lights especially. the ones at sandyford ind estate would be a nightmare id say if i was to try get onto the M50...

Once im on the N11 i fly down like

I used to work outside of Bray and I drove from Stillorgan every morning. The traffic is fine on either the M50 or the N11 because you're going the opposite way to all the rush hour traffic. I wouldnt be too worried traffic in Stillorgan either, but you might want to check Bray (depending on where you're working there).

Traffic is a doddle if your travelling to bray in the am and going home in the pm. The 45 bus (which is what i get from deansgrange) could go through stillorgan but i'm not sure, but if it does it brings you right up through bray town up onto the boghall road.

You're probably going againt the flow of traffic, so you should be grand in the car or on the bus. You don't want to get involved with the traffic going through / to Sandyford though.

    145 every half hour (allegedly)
    45 gors through Blackrock.
You've also got the 86 (which is worse) or the 114 dart feeder to Blackrock (Good luck!!)

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.
