Ive installed the drivers for the phone but it still isint being recigniesed by the comp.Any help would be Great.Im totaly lost. Cheers

just delete drivers and reinstall them, then put usb cable into computer 1st and then attach phone.it should work after afew seconds when the black tick on the desktop items becomes green.

what exactly are you trying to do?
