    Works well, good compression if you chose bzip2, but damn is it slow... took something like 4.5 hours to image a 25GB partition for me.

    I used that system rescue cd myself before to take an image of my ubuntu install before i wiped it and installed suse. Worked fine, didn't use bz2 though as the ubuntu install was only about 2gb.
