St. Benildus area in Ballyshannon

    Would anyone know much about the St.Benildus area in Ballyshannon?

    One of the auctioneers is renting a terraced house there, but being from Sligo I don't really know the area well.

    Anything I should know about the place..?

    Well, I know where it is, though I'm not too familiar with the people there. It's a council estate, pretty close (walking distance) to the town, nearly across from the Sheil Hospital.

    And it's also near the secondary school.

    It wouldn't be the most upmarket area :) but the folks shouldn't be too bad, no worse than anywhere else I reckon.
