NRA traffic statistics - why is the N3 in Blanchardstown excluded

Very interesting that the traffic stats for the N3 coming up to the M50 in Blanch don't feature on the site though it is notorious. And considering it is the worst bottleneck on the N3, possibly even in Dublin. The N1, N3, N4 etc do but not the N3 - strange considering how bad it is. NRA Traffic Statistics

How do you justify the motorway if you don't know how many people us it ? or maybe thats now commercially sensitive?
