USB Ethernet wireless problem

    Folks,
I'm moving from NTL cable to ADSL with another company.
I currently have the NTL modem going connected to a wireless router, by ethernet, which works fine.
I've just got the free modem from the new company, and it's a cheap USB only connection. There is no USB input on the USB router.

What would be my best way to get a wireless network on the go?
Will I have to just get a new ethernet ADSL modem? I don't really want to get a wireless modem, seeing as I have my router, I may as well use it anyways.

    Cheers,
    S.

If you dont mind me asking, Who is the provider you are using?
Have you asked them if it is possible to get a modem that you can use an ethernet connection with?
Thus allowing you to use your existing router for your wireless networking.

They're called Eclipse. The thing is, I've already got the crappy USB modem in the post - I couldn't really be bothered returning the thing, but it looks like that might be the best option...

Actually, it was the free modem, so I guess I wouldn't have to return it anyway.
So I guess my question now is:

I have a wireless router, but now useful modem.
Should I just buy a new Wireless ADSL modem, or should I buy a wired modem and connect this to my wireless router? Would there be many complications?

For convenience and simplicity it would be easier to simply buy a wireless router with an integrated ADSL gateway/modem but buying a ADSL modem on its own with an ethernet connection to plug into your existing router would also work.

An ISP sent you a USB only modem? Thats nuts. Id sent it straight back and tell them to deliver a proper piece of networking equipment or you'll cancel.

Aye, it was free or I had an option to pay for another one.
    8T8, I think that's what I'm going to do.

    Cheers folks.
