A mate of mine has a 1997 Toyota HiLux Surf. It is 3.0TD engine and he is only getting 400kms to a tank of diesel. This sound rather poor and I reckon he should get it checked out. It's a Jap import. Does any one know a garage that deals specifically with repairing Jap imports? Has anybody any info on what the manufacturers fuel consumption figures are for this?
