    Hi,

I currently work in a web agency in the city, and i am just looking out for other career possibilities that i might be qualified for because i think it's time for a change and i could get a better salary.

I have attached my CV ( personal info blacked out), so if someone could have a look and give me some advice i would really appreciate it.

    thanks

Have you tried sending your CV to recruiting agencies and see what they come back with?

You should really redo your profile. There was a thread several weeks ago regarding how to write a good profile (structure, what to add, what not to add...). Search this section.

You are qualified for webdev stuff. Moving into another area will involve certifiing and gaining some experience, most likely starting on the lowest rung of the ladder, taking a paycut in the process.

    Whats wrong with webdev anyway?

    thanks for the replys

its not the final version of my CV , just a rough one.

There is nothing wrong with web dev, im just wondering, say for instance i got a job as a c# programmer, what level would i go in as and what sort of salary i would be looking at.

I havent contacted any recruitment agencies yet, can anyone recommend some to be (cpl etc...).

Recommending agencies as with recommending anything means that everyone will have varying experiences with each one.
Personally, I have used CPL and Eolas before-both I have found very useful and helpful.
Both have IT divisions and should be able point you in the right direction.
Some people will probably advise you not to use these because of a previous bad experience but I am only speaking from my good experience.
