help on condenser mic recording

    Hello,I record on a Boss BR 900 with a condenser mic,using phantom power on the BR,i also use an ART mic pre amp that also has phantom power.my question is?do i need to use phantom on the BR 900 when ive already powered it with the ART pre amp,:(
