LCD Monitor/TV

    Someone in the family is looking for an LCD monitor with a built-in analogue TV tuner - probably 17" - no more than about €300 anyway. Not really looking for any feature in particular (besides a tuner) - as long as it does the whole PC monitor/TV combination well enough. SCART socket would be nice. Any recommendations?

    There's LG and Samsung 17" ones listed on the PC World website for €300 - these any good? Do Dell sell any with tuners?
