A "Lads" Weekend in Ireland (anywhere) - suggestions?

    Hi,

I'm looking to book a weekend away for a bunch of lads (probably 8+ people) somewhere in Ireland. It's for a 30th birthday. The usual stuff, maybe an activity or two (maybe not!), plenty of beers, good-ish nightlife etc - basically open to any ideas. Hoping to do it at not too great an expense either.

Was wondering does anyone have any suggestions, or know of a good place to check where to find info on organising such a weekend?

Help would be much appreciated. :)

    Thanx.

    F.

If you head down to West Cork you can surf down there and head out to Cork city, just put boy a the end of every sentence

Well if we are heading out of Dublin, we usually head for Kilkenny loads of pubs.... and then for during the day you can't beat Karting or Paintball!!! :D

Or Galway... Portumna... it's an activity place you can camp there, not to sure how far away from Galway city it is.... but Galway is always good for a crack also!!
