I know that pretty much every IQ test that you find on the net is b*llox, but are there any professional ones?

One guessed my age, 28. I was very impressed. Or was that my IQ?

I sincerely doubt it. A full scale IQ test is impossible to conduct over the internet anyway, as it involves things other than what's put in front of you on the screen.

EDIT: Actually I take that back, it's not "impossible". However, I wouldn't 100% trust an IQ test done online *yet* as there are far too many ways it could be misinterpreted, etc.

Mensa devised the bbc 'Test The Nation' IQ test, which can be taken online. So it should be accurate and standardized at an average of 100.

The test only goes up to 150 it says. I got one wrong so I got 148 I believe.
Good family occasion. We all sat around doing it. :)

That test^ used a different scale than normal, which keeps the answers bunched around the 100 mark, so people don't get too low or too high.

The high IQ society have an online Standardized test, which they claim is more accurate at assessing above average IQ's than most ordinary IQ tests. so I would guess there would be more variation in the scores, especially if you have an above average IQ.
