Problems with windows spyware detection...

Im having problems with windows spyware detection a prompt keeps poppoing up saying my laptop is infected and i have downloaded and run loads of differentspyware and anti-viruse programs and caught them all and yet i keeps popping up... i want to know how to disable this becuase it is becoming very iritating... any help…

You want to disable Windows Defender altogether? Do tell what its picking up after you scanned your computer.
