    It just struck me.

Is it possible that Phil Ivey, Thierry Henry, and Tiger Woods, are in fact...THE SAME PERSON!

Has anyone ever seen them in the same place at the same time?
I don't ever recall Tiger sitting down to a game with Phil, and Thierry's conspicious by his abcense on the pro golf circuit, isn't he?

But seriously...given the choice...which one would you rather be?

I mean, Henry and Woods could always learn a bit of poker, but can Ivey swing a club or kick a ball?

Me, I plump for Henry any day.

    ahhhhh...............

I dont think they are the same person....

and phil ivey can not play golf, and you can not simply learn poker and become a living legend, nor can any person who is sporty pick up a golf club and become a living legend.
Now I know you live in Belgium but is that really an excuse? :p

They clearly are the same person - They all are excellent at what they do, and do it with a grace that is far removed from their competitors

I reckon Phil Ivey plays golf for higher stakes than Tiger.

yea but if you saw him on the telly you could see how terrible he is, it was rather funny and sllightly sick to watch. He wanted to bet 100k on one hole and he couldnt even hit the ball.

I have found it amazing how similar Ivey and Woods are in so many repects: true professionals at the top of their chosen fields, mannerisms, attitude, focus, determination, appearance etc ...uncanny..

Henry has never entered the equation.....arrogrant, selfish, me feiner, who bottles it away from home only turning up for home games. The sooner he goes to Barca the better.

THE IVEY VERSUS LINDGREN GOLF BET

We’ve heard of long odds, but this is something else. Apparently Erick Lindgren is so good at golf (and Phil Ivey so bad) that the two poker pros have made a bet. Ivey fancies his chances so much that he’s bet Lindgren $500,000 that he can beat him over 72 holes sometime in the next eight years. Rumour has it that Ivey has started to take cash off him at match play. Watch this space…

Henry is a legend, and easily in the same class as Tiger and Phil Ivey!
Not that I'm an arsenal supporter or anything....:D
But yes he does go missing away from home, it's true.

As an aside, who do you think EARNS more in a year between these three?

I think Ivey maybe, from his 'job', but what about the other two's income from endorsements? Gotta be close whoever it is.

id be pretty sure that its tiger for net anway, obviously ivey makes a fortune some days but he doesnt win everytime, tiger only ever loses expenses which im sure are minimal...

Oh plz, woods sponsorship deal alone with nike would surpass what the other 2 make in a lifetime :D

I'd rather be Ivey, lads going to be a legend for years to come in a game i love most.

Taking 16.6 million in 3 days heads up, that’s seals it for me.

Rofl yea did you see Ivey playing golf with Howard and Williamson the 3rd, was so funny, took them like 2 + hours to play 3 holes.
