I have a vested interest in seeing the outcome of this figth as Richard "The Animal" Moore was my original opponent until I picked up an ankle injury, and Mark Manslaughter O'Toole is my training partner at the moment.

When this fight was offered off the backof myself and Johnny Shiels pulling out I thought about whether it was a good match for Mark before I put it to him and I decided that Mark is going to take this match hands down and encouraged him to take it.

Mark may be giving up 10 kilos and people might think this is too much weight to give away, and for someone else it might be, but there is a reason Mark has been rebranded as Manslaughter! The reason is, what he hits - he kills!
He trains Thai with Dave Joyce in Galway and these additional striking technical skills go hand in hand with his raw power (Mark is the strongest fighter I have rolled with), which means that he can drop his opponents with either hand. On the ground Mark is very hard to control, after a month training at SBG HQ in Portland his jitz has moved up to the next level and I don't see Richie being able to cope with Mark's aggresive and energetic ground game.

My prediction - Mark O'Toole by Round 1 KO

Ritchie "The Animal" Moore will take this one I'd say!

I think this fight will see these two heavy hitters swinging for the fences, but Moore's weight advantage will tell. Mark is a quality grappler, but he'll have a difficult and tiring time trying to take "The Animal" down.

With a hometown advantage and backed up by the always vocal Ballymun posse, Moore will be looking to impress.

Richard "The Animal" Moore by TKO - round 1!

Best of luck to Mark O'Toole on Saturday night and at least now his hair won't get in his eyes (not that I can talk) when he's fighting:D :D

Clive, I loved the Chuck Liddell pose:)

I'd recommend you buy the other R.O.T. DVD's from JK and brush up on the scene. Their well worth it, and very well produced.

I think this fight has the potential to be a real crowd pleaser I can see fireworks going off in the ring when these two start to throw leather!

After training with Richie I can assure you that he definately has the heart and the tools to take this one. His determination and aggression will evident in the ring and I see Richie taking this one by stoppage in the 2nd round.
