I might be missing something, or maybe the article isn't complete, but I don't see what they're trying to claim is a miracle ? They vaguely mention a few people being cured after visiting it, but they're kind of fuzzy on whether the people just happened to visit, or specifically went to it to get cured. If they went there specifically to get cured, why there ?

Based purely on the article, because of it's fuzzyness I'd be inclined to think that it's the product of a bored journalists imagination. Maybe there's much more to the story than the article contained though, and more history and backstory to the painting ?
