1" Video Tape

I have discovered a collection of 1 inch video tapes from the late 1960s (I think). Their labels indicate they contain some interesting historical events including Senator Kennedy's visit to Ireland. Unfortunately I don't have any equipment suitable for playing them back. I would ideally like to get them transferred to…

Unfortunately I don't have any equipment suitable for playing them back. I would ideally like to get them transferred to DVD.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I might go about this?

1" tape machines
are definitely a rarity today,..but you could try windmill lane post production...I think they are 6713444.
THey are based in Dublin.
I work in post production myself,..but unfortunaley we don't have 1" machines.
RTE is also a possibility.

Give me a shout if windmill don't point you in the right direction
