They are pretty good, I'd like to see the first one with stronger colours to bring out the gray vs. the leaves at the bottom. also, it might work in b&w. But i think its really good other than that.

    What is the second one?

Yeah the first one's colours seem a bit off.

    Good composition though.

And what is the second one aswell?

    1st and 3rd are a bit boring.

The first one looks like and interesting building, but the head on all in focus picture is a bit plan. Was there no angles that could have made the shot a bit more interesting to look at?

A sunset with trees has been done to death on this forum, so to excite the picture it needs to be a bit special, and I'm afraid the 3rd one just isn't. Its just trees and a sunset taken from a default position with not much happening, like one would see everyday. The photo needs a much more interesting composition, something unusual to set it off.

Really like the 2nd one though, very interesting shapes colours shadow and composition. And like Flipflip I can't figure out what the hell it is, what is it? :)

    Hey guys,

Thanks for the feedback. Appreciated. The first pic, i agree, i probably could have created a better angle. One thing that did bother me and was pointed out before was that there is only two points of interest in the picture and that three is more pleasing to the eye. I had to create an adjusted curve layer in that image since i exposed for the front of the building, and it was very very dark, so iso was up. i will probably go back (purely out of interest) and see the difference with decent light.

The second image is a triptych of a lampshade :).

The third i agree, is as boring as hell. I just like the moody sky :D

Have to say, i still dont know what i enjoy taking pictures of, but i reckon lampshades will be hard beaten. So far i'm getting more inspiration from lampshades than anything else.
