Hand 1 looks like a fold - although i would raise more preflop (say 14), and bet the flop, but not massively bet.

Hand 2 looks like a push.

I feel you played the first hand badly, it was a nice flop for you No ACE fair enough you had the hearts there but you should have bet the flop, checking to him was a bad move, he could easily have AKh AQh any Ace rag of hearts tbh. Your giving him a free card that could easily bust you, bet the flop pot size and make him work for his turn card if he wants it.

I fold it when he raises as you have no history of him.

2nd hand I push the turn if your behind your very unlucky, the only thing your behind to here is the flush, and he's 128/1 to hit on the flop. so if he hit your unlcuky.

    push the turn.

you shouldnt have given him a free card to hit his Ace/Flush

The first hand the villian had AA. I pushed the turn which was bad play as i didnt have him for the flush.

the second hand i pushed the turn and the villian had the monster that is A6 spades so flopped the nut flush.I dont think i couldve got away from this as i felt he only had the bare A spades when he flat called the flop and i dint want to give a cheap/free card

Yes I think in the second one you are not deep enough to get away from it. Plus if you push the turn you will often get called by the bare ace, and if you do get called you have outs.

The first one I try to find the discipline to fold the turn. I think checking the flop is fine but betting should be your normal line.

    1) Never check the flop here with a draw on the board like this. Bet the flop, whatever your normal continuation is. As played, fold the turn.

    2) Bet again. 3/4 pot.
