Putting together a portfolio

I want to set out some of my 'best' work uptodate onto a portfolio (not an online one)

I'm not to sure how to go about it, something which would be useful when presenting to such persons as when going for a photography job, or wether just be presenting to a client of previous work 'in the field'.

I was thinking along the lines of photos being developed at 6x8 and placed in a classy photo album?

what kind of jobs you thinking of applying for as not many jobs as a photographer work like standard jobs.

but a simple portfolio of about 10-25 images, at least 6x8 in size would be good to show people

Maybe customise your portfolios to what sort of jobs you are touting for, eg if it's portrait, landscape, sport that sort of thing...

This place advertises in Digital Camera magazine check out the photographic section and then in albums. You might find something there?
