Buying musical equipment abroad - power conversion question

I am going to the states in July and am hoping to pick up Boss sp303/404. Is it just a matter of buying the correct adapter when I come back home? I dont see a 110/230 switch anywhere on the unit, so It looks like all magic takes place within the transformer. Anybody shed any light upon this? Thanks :)

you'll need a 230->110v step down transformer plus a cable adapter.

Have a step down unit already, but im inclined to think that the ac230 will do the trick.

Transformers are heavy and awkward, just get a new adapter
