Anybody heard ticket details for pearl jam in the point august 26th?

Next friday on sale, probably about €50ish afaik.
I better get the chance of pre-sale tickets, beeing a 10C member and all, and if not ill be up first thing next friday morning to get 'em.

Pearl Jam.. in the point. Let me guess no one told them someone died there I bet. Ill be there regardless.

edit: yeh theyll sell out.. in about 20 minutes or so Id reckon.

i doubt they will sell out that quickly really, i hope not anyway cos my friends are always slow to get tickets. someon on the pj sites boards said they queued for tickets the last time they came here and there was no one else there.

Was 2000 the last time they were here? That's when I saw them in the Point and I'm sure the tickets didn't sell out straight away... I didn't queue up for them anyway.

It was an alright gig,a bit disappointed with Eddie Vedder. Wonder if he'll make the same lame ass joke about the Point.

an alright gig? that gig was amazing,eddie was in great form that night,what about his dive off the speakers into the crowd?
IMO the gig wll sell out fast,there seems to be a big buzz around the jammers at the moment & the new album is going to be a monster.

Well I just remember coming out of it going "Ah it was alright". Been to far more memorable gigs.

I read in the Indo today that PJ are playin Marlay Park today! Any news on that? Its confusing me now. It said it was part of the Bud Rising aswell

Eddie's final ever proper stage dive, it can be seen on the touring band 2000 dvd.

Good show, but from listening to it, far from the best on even the European leg of that tour though. Although, the first playing of 'Garden' in four years there (Ed screwed up the vocals on that one!!)

I know that tickets didn't sell out for at least a few weeks for that gig, but they will sell far faster this time. The 10C better get their **** sorted out and have pre-sale tickets for us.
