Right going to australia, need some info

    myself and a mate are DEFENATELY going to australia next january.
    Right i got the visa application and im hearing you need so much in your a/c before applying for it etc. I was gonna apply or it now but i dont have 3grand yet..does the visa cost much money??someone told me about 100e?

    also we want to get to see thailand, vietnam, New zealand and maybe fiji or somewhere on our travels., How do i go about getting round trip flights nd how much roughly would they cost?

    also to someone who has already done it wheres the best place to start in aus? We wont be driven over there btw.

    how much roughly would ya need going over? cost ya do it on €2,500??

    any help appreciated. have alot of work/planning to do.. we have time on our hands though

    TBH search RTW tickets, or RTW trips as there is loads of posts about it. We paid €1700 for all flights for a year. Nobody once asked to see how much money was in our account, it is something that used to be needed but is not mentioned on any official papers we applied on.

    SE Asia you will live like kings for cheap. 200 a week including accomodation is luxury, we usually budgeted for 120ish a week and lived grand, never went with out
