Does anyone know what is happening to the houses beside the office located at Castleforbes and Mayor Street Upper? Also, any idea where Block F is intending to be? I see block A-E and G-L but no F. Concerned as at the moment, I've got a pretty nice view looking south to the liffey and am worried something is going to be going up once those houses vacate.:(

Danninger ( Liam Carroll ) own most of the sites in this. In my view it is only a matter of time before the owners of these houses sell out and an office block or appartment block goes up in their place.

Money talks and the simple fact is that these sites are worth far more when they are redeveloped.

With work on the point village about to commence and Luas construction work due to start by the autumn this part of the docklands is going to go through a dramatic transforamtion.

Everything will be reveloped, save maybe the CIE railway yards. There will be a large tower next to the Point Depot

Note in the short-medium term, Castleforbes won't have a Luas stop.

Once Luas is running, Mayor Street will run from Georges Dock tothe Point Depot.
