heres what i reckon the 15 best cards for constructed use from dissension that we've seen so far will be:

    1) Dual lands (goes without saying)

    2) Condemn (really nice control card, not quite swords to plowshares, but close in an aggro-heavy format)

    3) Cytoplast Manipulator (this guy has to be playable, he's a slightly more vulnerable vedalken shackles, and insane when coupled with other graft cards)

    4) Spell Snare (amazing against zoo decks, counters most popular counterspells and removal-last gasp, helix etc as well as confidant, tallowisp and many others)

    5) Ignorant Bliss (not really sure about this card, but it could be a handy Hellbent enabler if rakdos becomes popular)

    6) Kindle the Carnage (essentially wrath of god and hellbent in one. could be really nice in rakdos, eg play turn 3 carnage, eliminate your hand and other players field, follow up wiht hellbent creature. shame about the randomness)

    7) Seal of Fire (great card in general)

    8) Grand Arbiter Augustin IV (nice ability, makes your counterspells cost U, slows your opponent down)

    9) Lyzolda the Blood Witch (nicely costed, aggressive power, great utility creature which can generate mad advantage)

    10) Rakdos Augurmage (latest invitational card has much potential)

    11) Avatar of Discord (amazingly aggressive creature and hellbent enabler)

    12) Crime/Punishment (i've already gushed about how amazing this is)

    13) Pillar of the Paruns (its risky but i reckon it'll be played)

    14) Supply/Demand (the tutoring half of this spell could prove useful)

    15) Voidslime (tricky mana cost, but an extremely hard counter)

the most recent spoiler list can be seen at http://www.mtgsalvation.com/spoiler/dissension/

    any thoughts?

    Dual Lands - Agreed

Condemn - This card is just great. Sure, its a long ways off swords but in this environment, it is the new swords. Great card.

Cytoplast Manipulator - No comment. I still havent read anything about the block mechanics. If you can link me to something about graft, forecast, etc. I'd be glad to comment ;)

Spell Snare - I've seen better, but this is where magic is going these days. Lowering adaptablity. Effective though, in the right block.

Ignorant Bliss - Useful against card discard too, I know a few people who are gonna love this and a few that will hate it. It begs to be broken, imho.

Kindle the Carnage - The randomness is there to keep a pretty powerful card from being absolutely insane. It definitely has its uses and could be used in a control deck as well.

Seal of Fire - Useful, but I've seen better. Should work well in this block though.

Grand Arbiter Augustin IV - Not bad either, there is definite potential to abuse. Imagine a blue/white weenie deck. Oh how I've missed you :D

Lyzolda, the Blood Witch - I love this card. Not only is she a 3/1 for 3, that can be thrown for 2 damage and to let you draw a card. But you can use her to do similar with your other red/black creature cards.

Rakdos Augurmage - I just dont know how he would work, I'm sorry, I got nothing :(

Avatar of Discord - I do love this card, I do. Question though, does he count as a red and black creature or what? I would assume so. Great card, anyway.

    Crime/Punishment - Me too.

Pillar of the Paruns - Now this is a definite improvement on that style of multilands.

Supply/Demand - the creature generation side of it could prove pretty useful too. I can already imagine a green/white/blue control deck, running this for safety/consistency.

Voidslime - Now there is a counter we can all be proud of. Shame about the pesky green, but hey, thats what this block is all about.

Research//Development - This card kinda scares me, I get visions of Wish decks again... Albeit, not as powerful. But its a nice way for some insurance. If you run four of these, you can leave the situational cards in your sideboard. Granted, not in all cases would it be practical, but in the right control deck it could be king.

Odds//Ends _ I like the blue/red side of this. At worst/best, counter the spell for UR, at best/worst copy the spell for UR.

Bound // Determined - Another nice, situational card. I very much like the orims chant side of this.

Rakdos Ickspitter - A very solid pinger.

Overall, I like the block. I just love multicoloured decks. So much so, that at one time my favourite deck of all time was a 5 colour highland deck. For the uninitiated, that means; All 5 colours and only 1 copy of any single card, in the deck, except land of course.

yeah, rakdos ickspitter is amazing. he's no gelectrode, but can be pound for pound a better card. ridiculously powerful common.
