I am in the process of building a html website(using bits of cascading style sheets) and find that Arial, Verdana, etc all seem to look pretty tacky on a html page. Can someone recommend a decent font that I should be using or fontsize? I don't want to post the site yet. Thanks.

That completely depends on the style of the site.
