NTL - Dublin South?

After looking at getbroadband.ie,it appears that NTL have broadband available in 35 of the 66 locations given on the site,how long do you guys reckon it'll be before the whole of dublin south will be upgraded to receive broadband? discuss...

I just got it in Pearse Street last week and waved goodbye to IBB.

The difference is frightening.99% quality with a steady 2 megs.
