    Im not sure if anyone reads these much but just in case

    Im a postgraduate student looking to sublet one bedroom near college for the Month of May (someone moved out early).

    Right beside UCC.

    Double bedroom with own bathroom/shower.

    Sharing with one other person for this month, the house is for four but the other rooms will be empty until June 1st.

    All mod cons included.

    All inclusive 320.
