Could a representative from PPP please explain why your network is the only big poker network on the net that still goes down consistently.

In the past two weeks I have been plagued by dissconnections in cash games and tourneys as well as having no access to the cashier for periods of time.

Any chance of buying a new mouse to run in that wheel that powers the server the current one is getting tired?

Dont want to be a moany michael but Im moving my play elsewhere if it aint sorted

seen as there is another thread on this I'll join in :)

It's the only network that consistenly causes me problems with processer requirements. I can have 5 tables open on other sites with no problems, but as soon as I open 2 on tribeca I start to get freezing screens and serious load issues on my laptop :(

Its not. I've been plagued by problems with Party lately. Especially when I use wireless. They say its my end but it only happens with Party.

Tribecca sucks and PPP don't fully refund their players even when the fúck up.

i really wanted to like and play a lot on the PPP site, something in my patriotic head wants me to play with the main irish site! and i kinda liked the interface at first

but my god, it has to be possibly the worst site out there, well that i have played on anyway

it's constantly going down, the tourney blind structures are an ABSOLUTE joke, no type of proper poker whatsoever, and i'm talking about the normal one's here - let alone those insane turbo STT's and even more crazy Speed rebuy MTT's (that is not poker imo). the payout structures are a joke, top 27 max no matter how many runners, really horrible user interface, no poker loyalty rewards, no rakeback, no reload bonuses etc etc etc loadsa stuff i haven't even mentioned/remembered here!

as a consequence i have given up playing any PPP for the forseeable future

in conclusion, please please please get your own software PPP as the potential for a truly great mainly irish poker site is immense, work with the good points you already have (superb customer service, great sponsorship of irish poker, lots of satellites etc) and go it alone!!
