Does anyone know what is happening with the Cavendish? I've just moved to Belfast and it's been recommended in the past but I understand they are closed pending a court case.

The Cavendish has being closed down by the police.
The Bridge club, Banbridge has a very good cardroom with tournaments/cash games every night. They also have SnG's and satellites for major land based events(WSOP.IRISH OPEN.IRISH POKER TOUR).
It is run by Paul Leckey and Ivan Donaghey. Phone 00447860419784.

    Fintan Gavin.

I think they are back in court tommorow with the possibility of a result of the case being announced.

I was sitting next to Sean Murphy last thursday in the 50 DC at the SE and he was saying that the Gardai here are on standby in case the case goes agains the Cavendish for raids on the casinos down south.
