Problems with SonicStage

Does anyone use this? I'm having problems with it. Sometimes when i click import music it says that the music has been imported but it hasn't :confused: Any ideas how to fix this?

sonicstage is just bad i'm afraid.
are you sure its not still importing it? - it lists the files as transferred but has that little red/green progress bar above the file listing.

I upgraded to 3.4 and that seems to work for now anyway.

i bought a sony bean for my girlfriend and i really regret it.
its a nifty little device but the software is just woeful.

OP: if you have further problems, include source, chosen bitrate / encoding, SS version, etc.
