Unless you are buying from a known branded pharmacist, you've no idea if what you're buying is what its advertised as.

I can see why people would be tempted though, my asthma medication costs 85 euros a pop even after using the healthboard card, at least my health has improved enough for me to only need one every 3 months. Its extortionate for anybody earning a modest income.
