    its very common when you go through a gate to a plane of oblivion

    Go to alchemist, or go to Oblivion. Aw hell, you can find some scattered around near the gates sometimes, on the Tamriel side.

    You wont even have to fight anything in Oblivion to get to it. There's normally plenty growing right inside the gate.

    yeah just go in run around like a lunatic and run back out you should get a nice bit of it
