it's the unlucky process of RMAing. you're lucky they are actually giving you something after a month of pestering komplett i still got nothing.

had the same problem myself. just sent back my motherboard, an asus lsli premium back to them. both a pre-built system of them, was working fine for 6 months, and it stops doing so. what i dont like is the fact that if 'THEY' deem there is no fault in the motherboard that you have to pay them for testing. i cant see any other fault with the machine other than the motherboard.

  i am returning a same board.. to UK today .. because the IDE wont work..the motherboard boots fine, ? i dont want them telling me the board is fine just because it boots up ,because the problem happens after it boots .:( u think that might happen ?

my machine just rebooted itself one saturday, giving me a keyboard error message and would go no further. i rebooted it, it loaded windows up no problem, but after a few minutes it would reboot itself, send the monitor into standby, which i couldn't get that out of. when i tried to update the bios which some friends suggested i do, i used the support cd which allows to update it online and it told me i had no asus prducts in my machine, which is a bit strange when the motherboard is asus. thats why i see it as a motherboard issue. also the graphics card slot is getting bent in place.

Oh Christ, I was about to buy a Asus A8N-SLI Premium from Overclockers.co.uk. Should I refrain and wait until Komplett get them back in, or should I simply be looking for a different board alltogether.

    I am putting
    • Athlon 64 X2 4200+
    • 2 x Crucial PC3200 DDR-DIMM 1024MB
    • ATI X1800 XT 512MB PCI-Ex.16x
    • And 2 or 3 SATA2 drives
On it. So that's my component requirements so far.

To me it sounds like a bad batch, and I don't want to purchase from it if that's the case (obviously).
