Trinity Sports and Leisure centre on the Hole in the Wall Road. You can't miss it. Hole in the Wall road is the one that takes you to Balgriffin Cemetery from Clare Hall. Once you get in to the centre go down the long corridor that takes you to the swimming pool dressing rooms and keep walking, there's a door beside a squash court with a sign for SBG over it.

It's a quality place, padded walls, mirrors, dressing rooms with showers. Not to mention the excellent training. You'll enjoy it, Andy runs a good show. I only wish I had another day in the week to train with him again.

This link below might also help other people, as it'll give you directions to the Hole in the wall road if you don't know how to get there.

    Get directions from your location

Ok, well if you live in Clare Hall, you'll know the round-about facing Spar. Well as you come out of Clare Hall take a right on the round-about and head for Baldoyle, at the next round-about take a left and the building is about 200mtrs up on your right.

Go in, go right at the reception down by the pool and its just past the second door on your left, down the stairs.

It should only take you a short 5-10 minute walk from the graveyard, 2 minutes if your superstitious and afraid of ghosts!

The next training session is tomorrow. The timetable is more or less the same except training starts around 1:00pm on Saturday.

Is SBG northside moving? Would someone post the current timetable for classes?
    Thanks a lot

I dropped down at 7.30 this evening for the first time and the shutter was down, was training cancelled? Or the timetable changed?

Thanks, I just finshed up with SBG harolds cross due to the move to rathcoole and was hoping to keep training in SBG northside. Is there anywhere else to train in the mean time northside?

    Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if SBG is linked in any way to Roy Baker and Bushido. I was thinking of training with SBG but that awful rings event keeps popping into my head.

    Thanks in advance.

Nope, not at all. (Unless I've been kept seriously in the dark)

SBG has nothing to do with Roy Baker
Roy Baker had nothing to do with the Bushido event at the Point
SBG is not for you if thinking of an 'awful' event puts you off

    good luck
