I used this bunch recently - http://www.frame-express.net/. They're not incredibly cheap after P&P but they'll custom make them for you.

You should try out frame factory in baldoyle industrial est... custom built.... mightnt be as cheap as you want but the quality is gallary standard....

not online, but habitat have a range of frames on special at the moment - thaty have thin white frames and i got a very large 50cm by 70cm one for €25!
