Shower/Window Problem.

I want to instal a corner unit shower which unfortunately will run up along a wall which has a window.
The plaster/block work is not straight (vertical) .
It will be ok for secureing shower side up to window cill level but thats where my problem starts.
I need to build wall out from that point for tiling and secureing top of shower side.
The vertical line is out about 1 inch at bottom (cill level) and about 2 inches at top of window.
Any ideas how I can do this remembering I will be tiling over this AND secureing shower at this point.
    Any ideas ??

Is there room for a glass-block in the window ope?
Put up new green plasterboard in the corner to straighten it.
