I'm thinking of getting this bag http://www.miniphoto.com/product.asp?id=1036 I know its quite big but once I put the battery grip on a camera I find that it doesnt fit properly in the bag I have now. Does anybody have one of these bags or used one? What do you think of it?

Hmmm, it's built for a medium format SLR. What camera do you have now?

The main compartment of that bag might be very square for what you want.

I have a 350D and a couple of film slrs. I like the fact that its square. I thought it would fit the 350D+battery grip better. PLus I can always move around the dividers to make it fit better. I could get the 35mm version of the same bag http://www.miniphoto.com/product.asp?id=1035 but I can get the MF version for nearly €50 less.

    Capacity:
2 pro SLRs with attached lenses, 4–5 additional lenses, pro flash and accessories

2 Pro SLR's is pretty much, two full sized SLR's with battery grips...I know it's 50 quid more, but it'll fit your camera better. SLRs are a lot more T shaped than Medium formats, so I'd imagine there'd be a lack of room unless you plan on taking off your lens every time you're putting away your camera! :)

I get what you're saying fajitas but the €50 saving is very tempting, especially as I have some dividers from other lowepro bags I could use to make things fit properly, especially as the dimensions of the two bags are identical. All I would get for the extra 50 quid are some more dividers. Decisions, decisions.

Well if you think the medium format one would do ye grand go for it, but there's small things, like the way your film holder will be made for 120mm film rather than 35 etc!
