Edinburgh Stag

There 12+ of us heading over to Edinburgh in June. Can anyone recommend somewhere they have stayed in City Centre on a stag weeked. Nothing 2 fancy. Residents bar would be a bonus!! Thinking of doing paintball/karting/5 a-side soccer over there. Anyone done any of these over there or any other ideas? Thanks Dave

Hilton or Hanover Hotel (chap and cheerful but great location on Rose Street just of Prince Street)
