    Hi,
Has any one had any problems with Irish broadband Ripwave? I installed the driver for the USB modem and now the driver is causing the computer to crash.
    OS: XP pro
The system reboots and error message saying the system has recovered from serious error.
It is def the driver because I turned off the automatic reboot after system error and I got a blue screen stating that it is the driver that caused the error.

This happens when I turn on the modem. I also cannot get much coverage.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Is it the latest driver? If not find out what the latest one is and install it.

Return it and get the Ethernet version, no driver required, no crash problem!

I think you are right, I'll have to return it. They are impossible to deal with though. I think I'll just cancel it altogether. They sent me the USB modem with a network cable and I had to ring and email them for weeks before they sent out the cable.
    Thanks for the advice.
