    Hi,
I just ordered something off a seller who it now says is no longer registered with Ebay, I haven't been waiting long for delivery. I'm expecting it to be here by the end of the week, but if it doesn't show up, what can I do?

    Any feedback appreciated:)

If nothing comes of that or the PP dispute, you can file an Item Not Received dispute with eBay. The seller can still respond to this.

I thought you couldn't file a claim with both PP and Ebay. I filed a claim recently with PP and that's what they told me. Or is the Ebay dispute resolution a different thing?

I would imagine that you can't file a Standard Purchase Protection claim with eBay if you've filed and/or won a dispute with PayPal. However, you should be permitted to file an Item Not Received or Not As Described dispute with eBay between 10 and 60 days after the listing has ended to at least communicate with the seller.

Just had a similar experience, got a mail from ebay saying that the user was no longer registered and not to pay, so I cancelled the payment through ebay as it had not yet been claimed. Seller is allegedly in Dublin also.
