Help with pdf file editing text

    I'm sorry if this is the wrong folder as I did not know where to put it.Anyway I am having difficulty editing a pdf file I have.I have a couple of pdf files containing notes but unfortunately the text is embedded and font colour set to white.Is there anyway of changing the text font to black in one go.What editor is best to use.I download a trial version of nitro pro off download.com and tried acrobat 7.0 but the spec on my comp is useless so it wouldn't take it any advice would be greatly appreciated.Enclosed is a copy of one of the files i'm trying to edit. Thanks in advance
