I started a thread on car mags recently so apologies for returning to the subject.

However I purchased the latest issue of CAR last week (May) and - WOW! - it's really good. Gavin Green writes a great piece on taking part in a support race for the Bahrain GP, a trip in a Lada to Chernobyl, a trip by Land Rover to Timbuktu (!) & features on the new Noble & Lotus Esprit (bit peeved that this is a computer-generated guess tho' - it's gorgeous, if a bit Lambo-like). Also a feature on the Freestream T1

Really liked the article on the Lada to Chernobyl. The second part of the Land Rover trip was excellent too.

I do think the magazine has been going down hill since that ponce Jason Barlow took over as editor.

Gavin Green was excellent as usual, as was Mark Walton. And Gus Greggory's photographs were fantastic.
