    just wondering is there any of the telco's / bb providers who don't charge you if you do go over your cap or do they all strictly enforce this policy ????

    Digiweb limit your speed if you're on their wireless.

    Most ADSL people don't

    NTL send you letters but have yet to do anything.

    UTV are very strict about charging people who go over the cap, but for an extra 6 euros a month they will let you have unlimited traffic.
