Met really hot woman but worried about sex

I’m a fit and healty bloke of 25 and recently I met a really nice girl who seems to be really into me.
She’s made it clear that she is attracted to me and the feeling is mutual.
My problem is that the last relationship I was in ended badly with my ex saying I was bad in bed etc.
Basically since that things haven’t gone well for me sexually, the last few women I’ve been with I suffered from very premature ejaculation.
Basically this bugs the £hit of me, and I don’t know how to handle things with this new chick.
Its not exactly a relationship in so far as we like one another but we’re not girlfriend and boyfriend so I can hardly explain why I’m reluctant to have sex.
    How do I handle this?
I like her, and while she has no problems arousing me I’m reluctant to go through with the act for fear that I’ll be a disappointment.
    What to I do?
Question for the ladies: Its obviously and understandably a problem if a man comes too quick through penetration, but would it bother you if he came really quick through oral sex?
I want to have a lot of fun with her but if I’m honest I’m wondering If I’m really the right type of guy for this kind of relationship, in that I’m an easygoing bloke whose ex was nothing like as sexual and forward as this new woman.
I like her, but this problem of mine is pi$$ing me off..
    Suggestions please!

Just go with the flow and enjoy it dude, thinking about it too much is a bad idea. A couple of tips, before seeing her and you know there's be some action if have a ****. That way it will be harded for you to cum so soon no matter what she does to you! Also concentrate on satisfying her properly and I guarantee she won't mind you cuming when you want of wherever you want.

Seriously, there's not much more to it than that apart enjoying her company and the fun you guys are having... DON'T think about it too much, just go with it.

    Pfizer's Viagra.

He suffer's premature ejeculation!. With Viagra he's still cum in 30 secs, but left with a hard on for another hour!.

OP, I'd go talk to your GP about it if you could or google the subject.

As to your ex, man what a bad bitch to say that. Your a young guy, and I promise you'll move on past that sh*t of her's.

This sounds like a relationship based on a friendship first and foremost, that being the case this new gf might be abit more understanding. But before sleeping with her, or even being intimate explain the situation with your ex and the issue's she's left you with.

    Best of luck btw.

    i think thats the point?
i think damage limitation is in order - start a campaign of subtley hinting that your no good in the sack so when eventually it does happen, at least it wont come as a shock (pun intended)

That sounds like you're copping out already, and trying to avoid the real issue.

Obviously, with the whole cumming too early being a problem, you don't want to disappoint her sexually. My advice would be:

1)Durex Performa Condoms- These will make your dick a bit more desensitized, and you'll certainly last a lot longer

2)Breathe properly during sex.Notice that when you're having a ****, that when your about to cum, you'll breath a lot shallower and quicker.Try not to do this during sex- Breath deep and from your diaphram.

3)Kegels/pc muscle- Most definitely the most improtant one on this list.Do these exercises daily and reguarly and watch your how good your control becomes. Here's a link with more info

The delay condoms and having a **** before you go out to meet her are obviously an instant fix, but the kegels are the key to expert control duing sex.

Good luck and enjoy riding your new lady

I suppose your right, I am thinking about copping out.
The thing your missing is she isn't a girlfriend or even a potential girlfriend, nor does she want to be...shes made it clear that she just wants someone to fool around with on a regular basis.
If I could function properly that would be an ideal relationship, and a couple of years ago it would have been but my sexual confidence is screwed.
Might pull the plug on this one, you cant exactly chat about your sexual problems with a shaggig partner..Pretty much defeats the purpose.
If it was a girlfriend who I was doing girlfriend/boyfriend things with then that would be different.
Think I'll pay my doctor a visit.

Give my advice a try mate, get the delay condoms and go have some fun with her.

and once you've been doing the kegel exercises for a month or so, you'll notice a huge difference with or without the condoms.

Just a brief note about viagra..

Speaking from experience, you don't cum quickly and hang on to your hardon for ages afterwards. What actually happens, is that you don't come at all. You'll stay hard for a long time, but won't be able to climax. Sounds great in a way, but it's just frustrating, and it's not recommended that you take viagra unless you actually need to, ie unless you can't get erections.

Use the condoms, they'll certainly help.

If you're worried about not satisfying her, then do a few things before penetration. Give her a few orgasms, and then go for the actual sex. You might even surprise yourself and last longer. Having sex with someone, and having a w*nk are two very different things..

I wouldn't give up without a fight tbh..

    GIC.
