Where can I get a decent rucksack?

I really don't know where this thread belongs so please move if appropriate.

I'm looking for something durable that won't break the bank. I suppose it's a bit of an "investment" so I'm prepared to spend a little more on something that will last and not fall apart but I don't need some mad high tech thing.

Can anyone advise me on specific models, reliable brands, places to purchase and maybe an idea of the money involved?

Head up Capel Street and there are a few bag shops up there. Army Bargains is good and Milletts on Mary Street, Great Outdoors tend to be very expensive.

berghaus freeflow are a mighty job, particulary if you cycle/walk/run.

You should pick one up on eBay for €30-€60, depending one the size/condition.

Travelling in general. In the short term, it's for trekking around Thailand, Cambodia etc.

They don't seem to be as expensive as I had thought by the looks of it.
