Toolbar problem with XP Tablet Edition

    Can anyone help me with the following:

    The "Tablet PC Input Panel" - quickstart button, has taken over the entire length of the taskbar, with the result that I cannot see any buttons which have been minimised.

    The only way to re-open active windows is through Task Manager, which is ok but is now becoming frustrating.

    The Start Menu and Notification areas are still visable and I have tried everything with toolbar settings, but with no sucess.

    I have also tryed everything with Toshiba program settings, with no luck either
