In an effort to follow the noble tradition of Cgarvey and Moriarty in these Boards, that of providing a definitive list of DSL exchanges in this little country, the eircom marketing fuks went an published a pretty good list in the sunday trib today. They then (helpfully?) provided a link to what should be the same list, its

    http://www.eircom.ie/broadbandexchanges

this leads to a flash graphic thing which is 2 months out of date and missing some 100 exchanges or so.

the ad + this recent following list from the most helpful user Shamrogue over in the BB forum should be the definitive list of eircom exchanges by end April 2006. There are no more in the pipeline either.

The Passage East (Waterford) exchange was enabled today - as listed on the Eircom site - it was scheduled to go live yesterday 26/04/2006 - I'm holding out for Portlaw - maybe tomorrow.

After 5+ years of waiting - we can scrap the Dual ISDN & Satellite Broadband - in one fell swoop we'll save a packet and should see a huge improvement in service (hopefully).

    Andrew.

Nope ... Castlefinn in Donegal was enabled a few weeks ago and it's not on the Eircom map or the list above.

Not just flying the flag for Castlefinn (:D) but if it's missing, there are probably others missing too.
