Will 'o the wisp. Wierd floaty light things, they drop one glowdust when they die.

You can also get most alchemical ingredients in the various alchemical stores. Out of curiosity, what do you need it for?

I killed one before this quest... i could not pick up the glowdust as i lost it in the grass.. so when i found out i needed some i went back.. turned off the grass and found it
