Looking at one of these today and seriously thinking about it. Its a 1990 with very low milage. Anyone got any opinions on it ? Anthing to look out for on this model ? and last but not least can it be restricted to a more sensible HP ?

    Thanks
    K

I wonder why you're asking if it can be restricted to more sensible HP? I'd say it can, but if you want less horses, look at a different bike! It'll cost you less - to insure and to buy.

    Nice bike alright. Any pics?
Love the W650 - why are you selling this - coolest bike I've seen in a long time...

Why don't you buy it from me then :D

To answer the previous question about why I want less horsey's, its because I like the ZZR1100 but the transition from my 50ps W650 to the 145ps ZZR would be too much.

It was just a thought about the temp restriction anyway. More interested in what people think of the ZZR and if its all its cracked up to be.

ye nice bike , i have couple 600 version's of that one and i can tell there fast enough.
if i was buying an 11 i'd go for the D model , it looks better for a start and does'nt eat the cushdrive's and chain's as much the older one's do .

Forgot to mention that the early one like that one in the pic had slide restictor’s.
Mostly all of them were swapped with carb top’s and spring’s from the zxr 750 to give it full power.
It was to do with an EU law that was scraped year’s ago , it cut power to around a 100hp
